Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel up to 72 hours before the start of the tour for a full refund.
Provider Cancellations
The tour provider reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 72 hours in advance due to:
- Severe or unsafe weather
- Illness or personal emergency of the guide
In such cases, customers will be informed as early as possible and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Rescheduling
In case a customer needs to reschedule, the new date will be confirmed based on availability. Customers may reschedule their tour up to 72 hours before the start of the tour.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- The tour begins promptly. Customers arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows, and no refund will be provided.
- As the tour relies on scheduled train departures, punctuality is essential. If a customer is late, the guide may need to shorten certain parts of the tour to stay on schedule.
Assumption of Risk & Conditions of Participation
- This is a public transport-based tour. Delays or disruptions due to train schedules, strikes, bad weather, or other external factors beyond the provider's control (force majeure) may occur. The provider is not responsible for such events.
- The tour includes light walking and extended periods of sitting.
- Surfaces encountered during the tour may not be fully wheelchair accessible. Travelers with mobility limitations should contact the provider in advance to assess suitability.
- Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on this tour.
